ESPN is reporting that the Indians and Brewers reportedly have a deal in place that would send Cy Young winner C.C. Sabathia to Milwaukee for a group of minor leaguers, according to ESPN.com.

The deal was initially reported in The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Cleveland would get Double-A outfielder Matt LaPorta and two other minor leaguers in return. Top prospects Alcides Escobar and Mat Gamel will not be part of the deal.
