Alou hurt again!

Mets outfielder Moises Alou has gotten hurt once again, removing himself from a Double-A rehab start after six inning on Wednesday, according to The New York Daily News.

He was expected to re-join the Mets for their series opener against the Rockies on Friday night, but that appears to no longer be a possibilty.

Alou claims that he felt his left hamstring “grab a little bit.” He has played in just 15 games this season, but won’t give up on his career yet.

“Same leg, different part,” Alou told the Daily News. “I throw my arms up.”
