Phelps, Greatest Olympian in History?

Micheal Phelps won his 4th and 5th gold medals yesterday of the Beijing Olympic Games. This gives him 11 career gold medals more than anyone in history. Everyone wanted to get a look at history, including the U.S. men’s basketball team. Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony were among those cheering on Phelps from poolside seats. Phelps will compete in 3 more events going for a record 8 gold medals in one Olympics. He’ll swim in the 200 individual medley, 100 fly and 400 medley relay. He his the favorite to get the gold in all those events. Phelps, already considered the greatest swimmer ever, plans to increase his gold medal count in the 2012 Games in London.
